Antique & Restored Items

All items sold by us are antique, vintage, or second-hand, and may show signs of age, wear, and historical use.

  • Products may vary slightly in colour and appearance from photographs due to lighting and screen differences
  • We make every effort to ensure images and descriptions are accurate
  • Customers must review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing

Minor imperfections are not considered faults but are part of the item’s character.

3. MEASUREMENTS

  • All dimensions provided are approximate
  • It is your responsibility to ensure items will fit your intended space
  • We are not liable for costs incurred due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer

If precise measurements are critical, please contact us before purchasing.

4. ALTERATIONS

Where items are altered or customised at your request:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once alterations have been completed
  • Altered items are non-returnable unless faulty

5. PRICES

All prices are listed in GBP (£)

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer a full refund

6. PAYMENT

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
  • We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment providers
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received

You confirm that:

Missed Deliveries

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or access issues:

    • Redelivery fees may be charged

Damaged Goods

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photographic evidence is required

Our liability is limited to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the antique and second-hand nature of our products:

  • Items are sold as seen
  • Natural wear and ageing are not faults

Returns

  • Returns must be authorised in advance
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted
  • Return delivery costs may apply

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only where:
    • Items are faulty
    • Items are significantly not as described

Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, except where:

  • Items have been altered or customised
  • Items are exempt due to their nature

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Adequately packaged

  • Minor movement, expansion, or contraction may occur due to environmental changes
  • This is not considered a defect

Customers may need to make minor adjustments (e.g. easing drawers or doors).

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
